CHESSEBURGER MACARONI Cooking Healthy Across America
8 oz. gr. beef or turkey 1 tsp. chili seasoning 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained 1 3/4 cup or (1-14 oz. can stew tomatoes) coarsely chopped & un-drained 1/4 cup(3-oz.)shredded reduced fat (light) cheddar cheese 1/4 cup ketchup
In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in un-drained tomatoes, ketchup & chili seasoning. Add macaroni & cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 6 min. or until cheese melts and mixture is heated thru. stir occasionally.
