3 c. thinly sliced unpeeled potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (5 oz) can Hormel lean ham, drained, flaked 1/3 c. dry milk powder 1/3 c. water 1 t. dried parsley 1 can Healthy Request Crm of Celery or broccoli 1/4 c. grated ff parm chz
Preheat oven to 350. In an 8 x 8 baking dish,sprayed with cooking spray layer potatoes, onion, and ham. In a med bowl, combine dry milk powder, water, parsley, and soup. Evenly spoon mixture over ham. Sprinkle parm chz on top. Cover and bake 45 min. Uncover and continue baking for 10 - 15 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and cool for 6 min. Divide into 4 servings.
