1 cup coarsely chopped onion 3 cups fresh baby carrots 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Swanson Beef Broth 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion for 5 minutes. Stir in carrots, beef broth, and parsley flakes. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until carrots are tender and most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
