I made this, it was good. But, I thought it was a lot of work, for the outcome. I think I would be fine with just plain beets since to me it wasn't that Extraordinary. I like beets a lot though, and just didn't think it needed all that fuss. Even though like I said it was good. If you have the extra time and your family won't eat veggies unless smothered in cheese then I would do these. But, really to me, plain beets are just as good.
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing 2 Tablespoons Land O Lake no-fat sour cream 1 Teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon dried onion flakes 2 cups (one 16 ounce can) diced beets, rinsed and drained 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored spray. Combine Thousand Island Dressing, sour cream, parsley, onion flakes. Stir in beets and cheese. Cook over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
