Sloppy Joe Pizza
Makes 6 servings, Each serving: 1/6 recipe
1/2 lb. Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
3/4 cup Spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 1/2 cups Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1.In a large skillet, cook the lean ground beef over medium heat for 3 minutes,
2.Add the onions and garlic; cook until the meat is brown and crumbly and the
onion is tender.
3.Stir in the spaghetti sauce, the chili powder and a dash of salt and pepper.
4.Spread the meat sauce onto the pizza shells; sprinkle the cheese over top.
5.Bake in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
