1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls 1/2 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried basil 2 cups finely shredded lettuce 1-1/2 cups (8 ounces, diced cooked turkey breast 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped fresh tomato 1/4 cup Hormel Bacon bits
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Spray a rimmed 10 x 15-inch baking sheet with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. Gently pat crescent rolls into pan, being sure to seal perforations. Prick crusts with tines of a fork. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Place baking sheet on a wire rack and let set for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and basil. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Evenly layer lettuce, turkey, Cheddar cheese, and tomato over mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle bacon bits evenly over top. Cut into 8 servings.
HINTS: 1. Do not use inexpensive rolls, as they don't cover the pan properly. 2. If you don't have leftovers, purchase a chunk of cooked turkey breast from your local deli.
