Summer Banana Salad

1 4-serving package Jello Sugar Free Instant Banana Pudding Mix
1/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
3/4 cup Yoplait Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1 cup (1 8-ounce can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, un-drained
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
2 cups (2 medium) diced bananas
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add yogurt, un-drained pineapple and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in Cool Whip Lite. Add bananas and blueberries. Mix gently to combine. Refrigerate at least 1
hour. Gently stir again just before serving.

121 calories, 1 g fat, 3 g prot, 25 g carbs, 204 mg sod 2 g fiber.
