In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Add pinto beans, tomato soup, Chili seasoing, garlic, and parsley flakes. Mix well. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Good as is or served over rice, pasta, baked potatoes, or cornbread. (Also in hamburger buns, sprinkled with a litttle reduced fat cheese)
