1 7.5 ounce can of Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 8 ounce ground beef (90% lean) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp ground sage 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning 2 1/2 cups skim milk 1/4 cup flour 1 8 ounce package Philadelphia fat free cream cheese.
bake buscuits according to package directions.
meanwhile in large skillet sprayed with butter spray, brown meat. add black pepper, garlic powder, sage, and poultry seasoning. In a covered jar , combine milk and flour and shake well.pour milk mixture into skillet with browned meat. add cream cheese.( i cut in cubes). continue cooking until mixture thickens and cream cheese melts.
