2 teaspoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter LIGHT Margarine 1 cup chopped celery 1 1/2 cups peeled and sliced cooking apples (about 3 small apples) 2 tablespoons seedless raisins 1 tablespoon granular splenda 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice (jo's or anyother reputable brand) 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a large skillet, melt margarine. Stir in celery. Saute for 5 minutes. Add apples, raisins, Splenda, and Jo's Apple Pie Spice. Mix well to combine. Stir in walnuts. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
Hint: delicious served over ham!
