Serves 6 (2 each)
1 Cup Diet Mountain Dew 1/4 cup Yoplait plain fat-free yogurt 1 Cup + 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and well drained 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
In a medium bowl, combine Diet Mountain Dew and yogurt. Stir in blueberries. Add baking mix. Mix gently to combine. Using a 1/4 cup measure as a guide, pour batter on large hot skillet or griddle sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown pancakes on both sides.
