1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 tablespoons Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet 1 (7.5-ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and Sugar Twin. Spray 5 wells of a muffin pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. Separate biscuits and lightly dredge each biscuit in cinnamon mixture.
Stack 2 biscuits together to form 5 stacks. Shape each stack into a ball. Roll each ball in any remaining cinnamon mixture. Place balls in prepared muffin pan. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until muffins are crusty. Remove muffins from pan and serve warm.
