1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 (4 serving) package JELL-O sugar free instant banana cream pudding mix 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Twin 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspooon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2/3 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas 1/2 cup Cary's Reduced Calorie Maple Syrup 3 tablespoons skim milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, dry pudding mix, Brown Sugar Twin, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. IN a small bowl, combine bananas, maple syrup, and skim milk. Add banana mixture to flour mixture. Mix gently to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Place loaf pan on a wire rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooling on wire rack. Cut into 8 thick or 16 thin slices.
