Chicken Club Salad serves 4 (1 1/2 cup) From Strong Bones cookbook
1 cup (5 oz) diced cooked chicken breast 1/3 cup Kraft f/f French Dressing 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 2 tabl. Hormel Bacon bits 3 1/4 cups finely shredded lettuce 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Kraft r/f Cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped fresh tomato 2 slices reduced calorie bread, toasted and diced
In a large bowl, combine chicken, Fr. dressing, onion, celery, and bacon bits. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrig. until serving time. Just before serving, add lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomato, and toasted bread. Mix gently to combine. Serve at once.
