16 oz. gr. 90% lean turkey or beef 1 cup (one 8 oz can) Hunt's tomato sauce 2 tsp. taco seasoning 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 8 reduced calorie hamburger buns 1 cup finely shredded lettuce 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Kraft r/f Cheddar cheese
In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil flavored cooking spray, brown beat. Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Lower heat and simmer for 10 min. stirring occasionally. For each sandwich, spoon about 1/3 cup of meat mixture between a bun and sprinkle 2 tabl. lettuce and 1 1/2 tabl. Cheddar cheese over top of meat mixture. Serve at once.
HINT: Good topped with 1 tsp. f/f sour cream but don't forget to count the few additional calories.
