Idaho Hot Dog Bake serves 4 From Kids in Mind cookbook
1 1/3 cups (3 oz) instant potato flakes 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Kraft r/f Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no fat sour cream 2 tsp. dried onion flakes 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 1/2 cups boiling water 8 oz. Healthy Choice 97% f/f frankfurters, diced 1 cup (one 8 oz can) cut green beans, rinsed and drained
Preheat oven 350 degrees, Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine potato flakes, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion flakes and parsley flakes. Add boiling water. Mix well to combine. Stir in frankfurters and green beans. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 - 30 min. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 min. Divide into 4 servings.
