Dijon Chicken Salad serves 2 (1/2 cup)

2 tabl. Kraft f/f mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tabl. finely chopped onion
1 scant cup (4 oz) diced cooked chicken breast
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, and onion. Add chicken and lemon pepper. toss gently to combine. Serve on lettuce as a salad or use as a sandwich filling.
