8 eggs, beaten or equivalent in egg substitute 1/2 c Land O Lakes Fat Free Half and Half 1/2 tsp Jo's Lemon Herb Pepper or any lemon pepper 1 full cup (6 oz) diced Dubuque 97% fat free ham or any extar-lean ham 1/2 c + 2 TBSP. (2 1/4 oz) shredded Kraft reduced fat Cheddar cheese 1/2 c finely chopped onion 1/4 c finely chopped green pepper
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.In a large bowl combine eggs, half and half and Jo's Lemon Herb Pepper. Stir in ham, Cheddar cheese, onion and green pepper. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or til omlet is set and top is golden brown. Divide into 6 servings.
