11/3 cups (3 oz) instant potato flakes 3/4 c. (3 oz) shredded Kraft reduced fat Cheddar cheese 1/2 c Land O lakes nonfat sour cream 2 tsp dried onion flakes 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 1/2 c boiling water 8 oz. healthy Choice 97% fat free frankfurters, diced 1 cup ( 8 oz can) cut green beans rinsed and drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl combine potato flakes, Cheddar cheese, sour cream onion and parsley flakes. Add boiling water. Mix well to combine. Stir in frankfurters and green beans. Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.
