Lemon Berry Shake
2 1/4 cups Yoplait Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1 tub Crystal Light Sugar Free Lemonade Mix
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries
Sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar
In a blender container, combine yogurt, dry lemonade mix, skim milk, raspberries and sugar substitute. Cover and process on blend 10 seconds or until frothy. Serve at once.
Each serving equals: 116 calories, 0 grams fat, 10 grams protein, 19 grams carbohydrates, 131 milligrams sodium, 2 grams fiber.
