2 cups diet ginger ale 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon brandy or sherry extract 4 ice cubes
In a blender container, combine ginger ale, vanilla extract and brandy extract. Add ice cubes, one at a time. Cover and process on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until well blended. Pour into 4 champagne classes. Serve at once.
