2 cups sliced unpeeled cucumbers 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup sliced radishes 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion and radishes. Add italian dressing, parsley and black pepper. Mix gently to combine. cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Gently stir again just before serving.
