9 cups shredded losse packed frozen potatoes 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion 1 (10 3/4) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk 1 cup + 2 tablespoons shredded reduced fat cheese cheddar 1/4 cup chopped pimiento drained 1/8 tsp black pepper
Spray slow cooker, contatiner with butter flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine potatoes, onion, mushroom soup, and skim milk. Stir in cheddar cheese, pimiento, and black pepper. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Mix gently before serving.
