Serve this up the day after and watch everyone smile all over again. Even Cliff who does not like cauliflower or broccoli thought this dish was quite tasty. Serves 8
2 cups Cambell's Healthy Request Chicken Broth 3 cups frozen California Blend vegetables 6oz dry chicken-flavored Stove Top Stuffing Mix (2 2/3 cups) 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt 1/3 cup Carnation nonfat Dry Milk Powder 1 teaspoon cornstarch 8oz chopped cooked turkey breast (1 1/2 cups) 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan combine chicken broth and frozen vegetables. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in dry stuffing mix. Mix well. In a small bowl combine soup, yogurt, dry milk powder and cornstarch. Add soup mixture to stuffing mixture. Fold in turkey and parsley flakes. Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes.
HINT: 1 cup frozen carrots, 1 cup frozen broccoli and 1 cup frozen cauliflower can be used instead of California Blend.
