This meat loaf is all dressed up and ready to "party", but even if your only guests are your family, they'll thank you for serving this tasty, tangy dish. Serves4 *Freezes well
6 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) dried fine bread crumbs 8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef 1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons Healthy Choice or Heinz Lite ketchup 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, meat, egg, black pepper, and onion. Form into 4 patties. Place in a hot skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown patties on both sides. Place browned patties in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mushroom soup. Pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes.
