This is an old recipe I've used for over 20 years. If you have Lobster taste, but live within a Sardine budget, this may fit the bill.
16 oz frozen haddock
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons vinegar
Place haddock in a large saucepan and just cover with hot water. Add salt and vinegar. Bring to boiling point and boil for 20 minutes. Carefully remove fish from water and place on broiler of oven. Broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side to dry fish. Serve with lemon juice or hot melted reduced calories margarine. If using margarine, count accordingly.
