Bing Cherry-Coke Salad

A pleasant way to enjoy the flavor of Bing cherries.

Serves 6

1 cup (one 8-ounce can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free cherry gelatin
1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 (12-ounce) can Diet Coke
2 cups bing cherries, pitted and sliced

In a medium saucepan, heat undrained pineapple to boiling. Remove from heat. Add dry cherry and lemon gelatins, mixing well to dissolve. Stir in Diet Coke and bind cherries. Pout mixture into an 8-by-8-inch dish. Refrigerate until ser, about 3 hours. Cut into 6 pieces.

Each serving equals:
HE: 1 fruit, 11 Optional Calories
