Mary, you might find some real good prices on eBay, Amazon or half.com at used prices. I got most of mine from those sources.

Hey ANN,
Could you share your JL Rivera Chicken recipe with me? I don't have any JL Books and right now can't even afford her newsletter. We have a large Goodwill here and someone suggested I try to find some JLs there. Would really appreciate the recipe. Thanks much. Your SPARKsister, Mary C.emoticon

It was called "Another Potful of Recipes." Do you have a lot of JoAnna's cookbooks?

I think my favorite from that book (well one of the potful books) is the baked potato soup! Well, I like a lot of them from the book.

One thing I do want to say though, is even if the recipe says to put the pasta in there uncooked. Do NOT, cook it first or it will be gummy mess!

I read the beginning of the book and it said to cook pasta first, but I thought the recipes that called for uncooked it would be ok to put in there uncooked.....but NOT. It was yuck that way. So just as a warning, don't do it. Cook it first, and it will be great!

I also have that book, but haven't cooked anything from it yet. I will definitely check that one out. Please keep sharing about what you make, Ann.

Tonight I made Riviera Chicken (Another Potful of Recipes, page 185) and it was WONDERFUL! I served it on top of brown rice with a green salad and it was a great meal.

If you have that cookbook I recommend you put Riviera Chicken on your menu soon!
