If you cut out a few calories, fat and carbs here and there, you can eat more for the entire day! Fresh foods, fruits and veggies are so good for our bodies they are our fuel, plus water of course. You will not only lose weight, you will feel like you have more energy too! All the processed foods are slowly killing our bodies.
Try to eat no LESS than 1100 calories A day. And no more than 1300. Just make it GOOD calories, not empty ones...and spread it out through out the day. Eat healthy, 5 -7 times a day! It helps to keep our metabolism going strong!
Bread and rice are my Enemy now! I LOVE them both! But I have had to learn to go w/out, or to have a 1/2 serving only, if I really feel I can not go w/out it at that particular meal!
