Exercise - 50 minutes (30 walking 20 Strength training

I was in my calorie range, also at the top. emoticon

I walked the 4 mile Super Challenge on Walk Away the Pounds emoticon

I drank15 cups of water. I have been trying to drink as much as possible to replace what I lose as I increase my workout time. emoticon

I walked a total of 16330 steps. emoticon

Calories~~1671 (My range is 1510-1860~~but this is higher than my 1500 I like to keep)

Exercise~~60 minutes of water aerobics/11,197 steps = 4.48 miles

Water~~12 (usually do 8-9 but this was for a challenge emoticon )

One thing that helps us with our weight loss goals is to be accountable. This thread is to list your exercise and nutrition. How you do that is up to you - whatever helps you. I will post how I like to list it and you may follow that format if you wish. It would be great if you came back each day to let us know what you are doing. It might give others ideas and encouragement.
