Yesterday I got in a lot of exercise. 1 hour at that gym, 90 minutes at volleyball, and an hour walk (walking a dog, and errands). Today is a rest day for the most part, if you don't count the cleaning I am doing.

I have been doing well also. My exercise isn't daily, but I have been to the gym 3 days a week, and doing little walks on other days. I will probably get back to running as well. My schedule just seems so full right now.
I am logging my food and staying close to my calorie range, so I am happy with that.

I am doing pretty good this month so far. I took a day of rest on Sunday, and am back to working out. I've stuck to the 30 day food plan pretty well.

I had an hour of exercise at Physical Therapy. Yea! Each day, getting stronger.

I ordered a CD called Praise Moves. It is similar to yoga but you spend time praising our Lord during the exercises. I can't wait to try it. Wonder if Body Gospel is similar?

Gummy bears was one of the things I bought.

I'm feeling better, but still coughing a lot from a dry throat. I am walking the hallway, it keeps me moving, but doesn't throw me into a coughing fit. Working on eating better.

Kristi - you sound like me. I bought some gummies for the "grandblessings" but guess who ends up eating half of it! I know better! I'm makes me upset with myself.
Today I got out for a 3.24 mile walk/run. I only ran about 17 minutes of that. It has been too long and I need to work my way back up.

Being sick, I haven't worked out much. Yesterday, DD and I went to town. We walk quite a bit when we go to town. Today, I'm hoping to get some walking in the hallway done today. I log all my food, but we bought some junk yesterday, so I'm struggling to say no to it.

Good job on the walking. I really need to pick up my pace to get the miles in that I set for a goal this year.

That is great. I know on The Biggest Loser they hate when they have to travel right before a weigh in because it affects their weight.

Can't believe it, but I dropped 7 pounds overnight. Must have been retaining a lot of water. That does happen when I travel - with different food, sitting a lot, not drinking enough. So I am now where I was when I left.

Welcome home. Hope you had a great trip. My exercise is finally looking up, and so is my eating. I'm getting at least 5 veggies a day plus fruit.

I am eating a lot better, and keeping my fat intake down. I have done 2 miles with Leslie Sansone today, and I plan to do one of Coach Nicole's 10 minute videos. I have also been walking the hallway a lot while I read to get extra steps in. I try not to sit for more than 10 minutes at a time so I can keep my activity level up on my Fitbit.

I haven't been feeling very good the past few days. I did have my first Physical Therapy Session yesterday and I worked hard. I am eating good but don't think I am sleeping as well as I have been. I am going to bed early tonight.

Right now, my lack of exercise is probably from depression from everything going on. I find that if I at least get some housework done I feel a little normal. I think it is time to blog about my month so my friends, like you ladies, know how to pray for me. It has been a hard month.

What is the main thing keeping you from exercise? Today I will take my grandblessing to the mall to walk. I did get some new running shoes, so I will try them out there. I didn't bring my running jacket or clothes with me, so running outside would be difficult. Mall walking might be my answer for today.

That is a blessing having your grandson want to run with you.

I'm doing pretty good with my nutrition, not so good on exercise it is really hit and miss; more miss than hit. I need to get back to it. I have been doing a lot more around the house, up and down the stairs a lot.

Kristi - I missed about the accident! Wow! So glad you are all okay. Sundays are hard days to get exercise in, which is why I take it as a rest day. However, right now I may end up with too many rest days!
Hard to get exercise in when I am travelling. However, my oldest grandblessing's first question was, "Oma, when is your running day?" I took him last August and he is ready for another run! He is so cute!

I didn't do too badly with food this past week considering all that happened. As a Girl Scout leader, I have a lot of cookies in my garage right now that I could have dug into when I was down. We found out today that our car is totaled so we get to go get a new one. Saturday the truck wasn't badly hurt when I slid on the ice into the ditch. God protected both DD and I while were driving, and neither of us was hurt. The man who hit my daughter last weekend got a DUI. As far as exercise goes, I got 10,000 steps Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sundays are really hard because we are at church for most of the day, although I could pace in between services, and yesterday was our afternoon at the nursing home, and then a cookie booth sale last night for Girl Scouts. A very busy day.

I wish we could get together, but it is great being on here together too.

Today I ran 3 miles and then walked another 40 minutes doing errands.

I generally struggle with the food part. Kristi if we could get together, we would be doing real good!

Been there - done that. I used to think I was too tired to exercise. Once I started exercising on a regular basis, my energy level actually increased. As little as 20 minutes a day will help.

I am struggling with exercise. I am so tired, but I'm still eating healthy. This week has been great. I passed up the deli section at Fred Meyer's (Kroger's) yesterday when we were shopping. I did split a small bag of chips with my daughter on the way home because we were hungry.
