No, I actually stepped on the scale Thanksgiving morning; but when I stepped on it this morning I was down another 0.6 pounds. It won't be official until Friday though. I have finally given this journey to God.

No, it didn't really take us by surprise. We knew there would probably be another surgery because of all the problems he had been having this year. It took the doctors by surprise though. The rotten part is that DH had asked for an MRI three times, but it took getting sent to Anchorage to finally get one. This could have been taken care of months ago, but it is God's timing. I'm just glad it looks like it might finally be healing.

I'm down 0.4 pounds this week to 214.2.

He has some infections in his knee, and his doctor did surgery last week to get it out. He is on antibiotics now for 6 weeks to get rid of it. Hopefully his knee will finally heal. This is the fourth surgery in the last year and a half from his motorcycle accident. I'm just glad I know God is in control; I couldn't imagine the last year and a half without Him.

I'm up 0.4 pounds this week, but I'm not stressing about it. It is that time of the month, and it has been a hard week with DH still in the hospital until Wednesday. He is home now, so we are working on figuring out what normal is.

Weight is fluctuating a bit, but it is in line. The day before I weighed last, I did a lot of exercise and that often shows, for whatever reason, a slight increase in my weight. It was 193.4 the following day, but I am trying to stay just with the Wednesday weigh-ins.

I'm up 2.8 pounds this week. I'm blaming fat turning into muscle. I steadily gained this week as I worked out, but today I started dropping again. We'll see how the next week goes. I'm still wavering about changing my nutrition tracker.

I didn't change mine to the new system either. I log elsewhere and that program also adjusts the calories. Also, once you change on spark, you can't change back.

I am down slightly this week.

I'm up another 2.8 pounds this week.

I haven't changed my food tracker settings since I am in the middle of the 60 Day challenge. I am planning to change it on the 20th when the challenge ends. My Fitbit is set up to compare calories in versus calories out and change my calorie range accordingly.

Being consistent is key, but maybe there are other factors - water retention, muscle (like you said)
Today I weighed 188 - that is down from last week, but up from where I should be. It was actually lower than that after I ran, and I experimented and drank water, then weighed, then drank more water and weighed, and my weight went up and up.
Have you changed your settings to the new system on spark where they give you base calories and then you "earn" more calories by exercising? This might help get that balance so you aren't overdoing in the exercise area. Just a thought.

I am back up 2.2 pounds this week to 213. It is so frustrating. It seems the harder I workout and eat right the more weight I gain. I am going to work on being consistent for at least 4 weeks and see if it is just that I am gaining muscle. Hopefully that is all it is.

I am way up this week - but don't have a comparison, since I forgot to write it down.
A week away - eating too much and wrong things and not getting in as much exercise - and to top it off, hormones out of whack!
Not an excuse, as only the hormones are outside my control.
Back to eating right and will be doing my exercise here in a few minutes.

I know what you mean. I have some threads that I weigh on Wednesday, and one on Friday. I need to switch them to Friday only since it is the only one that is part of a challenge.

My official weigh in today is a pound less than it was on Wednesday.

Because of having a family that is effected by the flooding in our area staying with us, I didn't weigh this morning.

They do sell all kinds of things but you can adjust this. I don't buy anything special other than protein powder.
She has a cinnamon bread and pumpkin bars that are really good. I also like the meatballs, and cottage cheese with cinnamon and stevia. I find when I eat a good amount of protein (100g per day) it keeps me satisfied.

I'm down 1.8 pounds this week, that is even with going camping with Girl Scouts this weekend. Now to get moving and get rid of the rest of this weight.

What is the Jamie Eason program? When I googled it, I was sent to a place for bodybuilding that was selling all kinds of supplements and stuff.

I weighed the same today as last week. That is actually amazing, as I didn't track over the weekend and I ate high calorie foods. That did show up on the scale, but after getting back on track, the weight dropped. But, that is the reason there is no new weight loss. I need to not allow these occasions to slip up, but to make better plans on how I can stay on track.

I looked back and the last time I posted my weight was Dec. 31st - and that was 188.
Yesterday I weighed 188.6.
