There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

This recipe is a real treat! I mean, you wouldn't want to eat them everyday or anything, but they are sugar free and very low carb with a shot of protein. A small square is all you need.
I saw a recipe for peanut butter bars and revised it. Instead of 2 cups of icing sugar I used whey protein powder, and instead of the margarine, I used coconut ghee. I also replaced the chocolate chips with 100% caca chocolate and used natural almond butter instead of skippy peanut butter. And coconut instead of graham cookies.
