There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I ordered the wraps online but they weren't as I had hoped. I wanted to use them for sandwiches instead of bread or tortillas but they have a bit of sweetness to them that I am not used to & are very chewy. I am glad I tried them but I will probably not buy them again. It would be interesting to try the recipe to find something a bit less chewy & more savory than sweet. Thanks for posting - I can use all the help I can get!
