Yeah. Certain brands also taste better than others. It's also hard to cook and bake with. Once you get the knack it gets better.
Some tips on baking with stevia:
When baking cakes and cookies... let the dough sit in the fridge for a few hours before baking. It helps the flavour and sweetness. Baked goods also taste better the next day after baking.
Also, too little stevia may not sweeten at all, but too much can leave a powerful aftertaste.
Also, some baking may need a small amount of sugar for browning, so you could reduce the sugar to whatever and use stevia to make up the balance.
Also, some recipes may need volume replaced if you are using a conventional recipe. Like if you use a cookie recipe and use stevia instead of sugar, you will need to replace the volume with something else. Applesauce or canned pumpkin work well for this.
