I'm moving and am spread between 2 places right now -- this sounds perfect for the first dinner in my new cottage. Have this tradition of cooking something new on the first night of living in a new place....it's usually something yummy, easy and good for new beginning. YAY!!

That looks really yummy, but I'd really have to make too many substitutions. DH is allergic to coriander which is usually in curry too. I like the idea of sauteing the shrimp in coconut oil. I could probably make a simpler dish that he'd eat.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
I've used coconut oil mixed with butter when I stir-fry shrimp, but I also add some beer. It somehow brings out all the wonder flavor or adds to it, whatever! But I haven't seen the recipe you mention and must do so. I'm always trying something new.
