I have added the link to the better sleep challenge in my original post, I hope you join. I have also joined this team to get back on track with my sleep schedule - school is late at night - but I will be having 8 weeks off of school and I want healthier sleep!
When I return to school in August - I will be having three late nights (not home until after 11pm), eat something, settle down - usually in bed by 1 am.
