Thats a good idea Jen, I have been more faithful to Curves until i hurt my knee, so i have been doing mostly upper body exercise. I have not been able to walk and boy can i tell the difference.
I hope every one will do a challenge even if its very small, Eating, Exercise, Reading, Relaxing, Slowing Down, Watching your liquid intake, Taking your meds regular. Any thing that is helping you.
