Oh bother...I went and threw my back out and so cannot do as many exercises as I'd like. Before I hurt my back, I went and did about 2 hours of gardening, put laundry out on the line and squished pop cans. Yesterday I did about 26 minutes of cardio...walking video. Will try to do better posting messages here.
Well I finished week two of my challenge! I also got a bunch of cleaning done and yard work as well. Been enjoying the great weather this weekend and taking advantage of the sunshine to get outdoors! I did three hours of yard work today plus a strength video and walking video.
Hi Jean, I am still stuck in the Spring into Shape challenge. I had to stop when I fell and hurt myself. I started the second week again and hope to finish it this time. My muscles are sure sore though. Today's workout: Day 2 video 10 minutes Leslie Sansone walking video: 26 minutes.
