Im still thinking, i know lots of people need goals and that is good, for our team i like it very much. If i do goals for my self i get so bogged down trying to do them i just quit. So my goals are to try and to follow my diet every day, watch my phosphorus, my potassium, sodium, dairy, liquids, protein calories, and my walking. These are my real goals and i do them because i think of my health and how i want my way of living to be. I also concetrate on Organic Foods. Take time for me, relax time.
