I am up for a kettlebell challenge. 4HB talks about them. I have access to one here at the house. I have only used it twice and it has been here since the first couple days of Jan at least. I am hoping a challenge would help motivate me.

That's a good idea, then you are not competing against your team, you are competing to do your own personal best. Even if it was a beginner striving to do Spark Guy's 10 min a day challenge, that would be 310 fitness minutes for the month. Then it can be a win-win situation where people do not get their feelings hurt that they did not win and gave it their best (like the fitness boards where people post their "expected" fitness minutes for the whole month and you can never catch up!)

How about something easy, like fitness minutes. People could post pledging to do so many fitness minutes in the month. Then each week they can stop in and post how many minutes they did and doing what. Similar to the "I pledge to drop x lbs during this month" that so many other teams do every month. Just an idea.
Also, there may be a significant number of people that don't own a kettlebell, or know how to properly use one.

What's a kettlebell? I have a kettleball (still unused), but never heard of a kettlebell.

I was going to suggest a short challenge...something that would put us in the right mindset as we start the new year. Some ideas:
1. Share your goals for the next 90 days, and what it would mean to you to accomplish those goals
2. Tell us about some healthy habits you plan to form (or continue) for the next four weeks

They could be 4HB related, but don't have to be!
