I think it gets very labor intensive to add each one. If you are looking for more cals burned..I just use whatever cals my heart rate monitor says and log it in cardio. I then used the fitness sheets they give you on the team beach body site to log my progress with weights, etc. Good luck..I just finished round 1 of CE...and got the upgrade now!
I'm about to start my first day of ChaLean Extreme. I was just wondering how any of you that do this workout enter it into your Fitness Tracker for strength. Do you put each part in separate? Or is there a way to add it all generally? (Sorry I'm new here!)
