Just to make sure I understand, I would say 10 squats after I have done them then I would tell you a weight bearing exercise I had done? Or are we listing exercise suggestions we could do if we were interested?
For the former, I was actually thinking about opening a thread patterned after one in the "WIII Fitness" team. They create a list of every day of the month. Then every day we use our WII we update that date with the number of minutes spent exercising. We could do the same thing up update it with time walking/running/etc or "10 squats" for that kind of weight bearing exercises.
Any other team ideas/thoughts?
Those who think they have no time for a healthy lifestyle will sooner or later will have to find time for illness.
