This thread will be used to post daily challenges either for yourself or for your teammates who might wish to join in. As a team its important that we support one another in the various activities we are involved in.
I'll start it off and I hope others join in and get active with this.
We all know that calcium is important for our bones and the best source is from food, but is your food choises the best choise?
Track all your food and liquids tomorrow - easy enough right? WRONG !!
On each item that you track - no short cuts now - after you have tracked it click on that item, then when the second box opens up, click on nutritional details - when the third box opens up record on a piece of paper the amount for calcium for each item - ahhhhh such is the life eh? Post your daily total for your Calcium here. Let us know if you were surprised or not.
This will help you understand if you are getting enough calcium from your foods. You can actually do this for anything you wish to track. I do this for sugar and other things that I take for granted - big eye opener !
Tommorrow is meatless monday for me so this should prove very interesting!
