What is your motivation today?

The main motivation is being healthy for my wife "KATHY", I enjoy doing everything with her. From Bicycling, Golf, playing with our 2 kids "Gidget" our African Gray Parrot and "Dizzy" our Belgain Malinois. And we all go traveling together too. Camping in our tent trailer is all kinds of fun! So, there it is in a nutshell.
