Well let me see! I go to bed at midnight or so and I get up at 4:am! I guess that I am both a morning and night owl!!
Hello sparkfamily! Please visit my page to see the teams that I lead as all of them will not fit here! I am looking forward to seeing you there! Remember to keep HEALTHY at the top of your daily list! You can do it! Hugs, Rose:))
Hmm ... I'm a night owl who would like to convert to getting an earlier bed time to get an earlier jump on the day. Lately been feeling like the world is leaving me behind when I get a later start to the day.

I find that I am at my best....meaning most energetic....during 10 am and 7 pm. That is when I accomplish the most in my day. I can get up early....I really do not sleep in...8 am is sleeping in for me....but it just takes me a while to come alive. I am totally useless after 11pm.
Psalm 63: 8 My whole being follows hard after You and clings closely to You, Your right hand upholds me.
Definitely a morning person from choice but sometimes neither! Actually I'd probably describe it as a Daylight person. I have this theory that if the sun isn't up I shouldn't have to be either :-) SO in summer I can be very lively by 5 a.m. but by 9 p.m. I'm really flagging. In winter Getting up and going before 7a.m. is more of a struggle. HOWEVER I often have to stay up late just to get through what needs to be got through, or for work, and then I find that I'm not fit for much in the morning summer or winter.
I am definitely an evening person. I make myself go to bed at 11:30, but can stay up till 2.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. (Hebrews 12:1)
Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body." *Proverbs 16:24
