After being told to stay off my feet (actually, left foot) for several weeks, my Achilles tendon has now healed enough that I can get back to my daily walks. So, my goal is to get at least 3 miles a day, 5 days a week, for the entire month.
I'd be happy if our weather would cooperate a little more. It's been unusually cold here in Florida and I'm one that freezes in any temps under 75 degrees. It's only 45 now and I'm headed out with several layers of jackets. As it warms up, I take them off and tie them around my waist. By the end of my walk, I end up looking like an octopus. lol!
