After each week of the challenge, I will review the totals and post the results on this thread. There will be two winners each week (assuming there are no ties). There will be a winner for who earned the most points and the winner who lost the most weight.
I will be calculating weight lost in percentages. That way it'll even the playing field a little. For example, if a 250lb person lost 2lbs, it would only be 0.8% of his/her body weight, but if a 150lb person lost 2lbs, it would be 1.3% of his/her body weight.
