This is just going to be a small challenge that ends on Yule. Our first week (meaning from today until Sunday December 6th) we will focus on starting/keeping good habits. You will get 5 points for each day you drink 8 cups of water, 5 points for each day you eat 5 fruits and veggies, and 5 points for each day you do 10 minutes of something spiritual.
You will get a 10 point bonus for drinking 8 cups of water every day of the challenge, a 10 point bonus for eating 5 fruits/veggies every day of the challenge, and a 10 point bonus for doing something spiritual for 10 minutes every day of the challenge!
We'll have another thread to post your starting weight and another thread that I will post in each week to show everybody's standings. Whoever has the most points at Yule wins the challenge!
