Dont worry my first week of august wasnt that good either, and I really have no excuse..
But this week I am hoping to do great!
So far what I have accomplished this week is doing Insanity's fit test, and doing day 1 and day 2 of the insanity workout. I REALLY want to try and keep up with the workouts!
We are in dire need of veggies and fruits, so if you guys do head out to PA this weekend, if you dont mind, frank and I will give you money to bring us some! I have no snacks and because of that I basically just eat my breakfast, then lunch then by the time dinner comes around I am STARVING. I need something in between to keep myself satisfied!
Thats it for now! Time to get back on desk! lol
