I am on day 2 week 2 of the insanity workout!


I still have to do my little time capsule!!

I also have to start working on drinking my 8 cups of water again.. I was doing well before but now I cant seem to get the 8 cups in for the day!

Dont worry my first week of august wasnt that good either, and I really have no excuse..

But this week I am hoping to do great!

So far what I have accomplished this week is doing Insanity's fit test, and doing day 1 and day 2 of the insanity workout. I REALLY want to try and keep up with the workouts!

We are in dire need of veggies and fruits, so if you guys do head out to PA this weekend, if you dont mind, frank and I will give you money to bring us some! I have no snacks and because of that I basically just eat my breakfast, then lunch then by the time dinner comes around I am STARVING. I need something in between to keep myself satisfied!

Thats it for now! Time to get back on desk! lol

I can't even say that I've completed anything so far in August! I'm kinda bummed because I haven't been feeling like myself. I was starting to get my appetite back by the end of the week and then I went and drank too much so I pretty much lost all the food I ate and then could barely eat anything over the weekend. I left more than half my diner burger from yesterday and only ate a few fries. And for dinner I had dumplings but they were small and not doughy at all, lol! So today I've had two hard-boiled eggs and two cups of milk (one in my coffee). That's something, packing in protein, right?

Let me set some goals for the rest of August and try to refocus myself:

1) At least 30 mins cardio a day (besides my usual walking to and from the bus)

2) Try to eat breakfast. I used to be so good at this but lately I've had no appetite and I can't seem to make myself eat because it makes me kinda sick to force it down.

3) Attempt to enjoy the rest of summer. I was so ready for summer to get here and now that it's here I am dying for Fall. My life is flying right by me!
